Do you charge your friends for artwork?

We as artist know how long drawing good artwork can take.
So when a friend comes to you or someone you know and ask for a drawing do you feel bad for charging them?

I dunno, this isn't the kind of work where you can say to your friend, "Hey, here's a little something on me. Bring your kids next time." If your friends know about your commission rates and such, they ought to support your business fully.
